The Nutcracker is an annual holiday tradition for ballet students all over the world, and starting this year, Friday Harbor is no exception. This ballet has a special place in the hearts of ballet audiences as well as current and former dancers. Salish Sea Ballet will expand this opportunity each year as we develop into a full-length version of the ballet. This year, students enrolled in Ballet 1 through Ballet 3 (and our Variations class) will present four scenes from The Nutcracker in a private performance for the residents of the Life Care Center.
